Note to all stakeholders - You will need to have all of your ADLs on the Nxt blockchain (nxt.org/downloads) to successfully perform the swap. Stakeholders cannot use Stocks.Exchange or C-Cex for the swap. Stakeholders also need an Adel Community account with a confirmed and verified Nxt address to successfully perform the swap (https://community.adel.io). When you login to the Community Portal, you will see the Swap Module activated in the main menu. Agree to the T&Cs and follow the swap guide provided.

Yeah i had the same on ccex 2 weeks ago and than all of a sudden i could make a ticket. Week later same situation as you described. Looks like you need to check 24/7 and be Lucky 😉

I DM-ed Gabriel on twitter after he followed me back but got no response so far. I assume he's pretty busy with other stuff. Will try telegram as well as you suggest.

As for c-cex support, I am not sure if other people manage to create newt tickets occasionally but this is what I always get: Our support ticket queue is full. Please, come back in few hours.

Can you open a new one and copy above in?
Or is their support system still full based on the amount of requests?

I got a template answer and they closed the ticket. I am unable to reopen it ever since and their tickets seam to have been closed ever since

I suspect it's probably a bug from their end, but the fact they are not doing anything is really annoying. This is the reply I got although I clearly explained the case:

Before we look deeper into this issue, please, make sure you don't have unconfirmed withdrawals. If you did not receive your withdrawal - please, read the following:
For each withdrawal we send e-mail with confirmation link. If you did not confirm it by now - please, do that and your withdrawal will be processed.

Important! In order to confirm and initiate your withdrawal you need to be logged-in in a window where you opening this link. Otherwise it will not work. If link is not working for you - please, login first - then paste confirmation link exactly to address box of the browser window where you already logged in.

In case you do not have unconfirmed withdrawals - check your "Histroy" page: https://c-cex.com/?id=h and choose "Withdrawals" in "Show" menu. There has to be a record with transaction ID of your withdrawal. In case there is a record - withdrawal went fine. In case there is no record - please, write us back and we will do our best to fix this issue.

Correctly I understand that you will have an internal currency for the community or platform. And will there be an external token that can be bought / sold on the exchange?

any news about the token swap ? My tokens are still on NXT wallet should I move them to ADL wallet before the swap date or it's not necessary ?

I bought ADL from Ccex long time ago.
I went to ADL website but there's no wallet?
Where can I store it since ccex is closing ADL market.
I read the last few post. What's this about a swap? Is ADL swapping to something else?

For me personally I'm expecting a x10 from were it is at now (3-5k sats on c-cex) when it hits bigger exchanges and then to rise as the development continues.

With large volumes on large stock exchanges, what can the price be ?

Just make a support ticket. They reply really fast the last couple of days.

That sucks hopefully they get back to you. I withdrew some of mine the other day and all arrived in my wallet within 5 minutes so its weird that yours is taking so long but If the daily volume stays high enough they wont delist.

Once it hits bigger exchanges it will do incredibly well. Just compare it to others out there atm its a no brainer.
