ADL Swap Update ▲ Adel on Ethereum
We’re delighted with the community’s efforts and empowered vote. Currently we are proceeding with development to kick off the new year with gusto. Here’s a look under the hood: Timescales for the ADL swap onto Ethereum:
✔ Design for the Trading Module is complete
• Four week development has begun this week on the Trading Module to facilitate the swap, and will continue after the Christmas holidays
• Two weeks of testing will commence at the end of January ‘18
• Exchanges will be notified during the testing phase, to synchronise with the swap
• Swap will be activated for Adel stakeholders in February ‘18

In order to swap your tokens you will need to transfer your $ADL assets from the exchanges back to your Nxt wallet registered with Adel. More details will be released when the swap is ready. Any questions or feedback? Always here on social +

The Bruce Lee of Blockchains ▲ Adel
Speaking of collective intelligence - a new blog by @Wolffang @R0bInI0 discusses the blockchain space in terms of martial arts. He examines the perspective of Bruce Lee, the pioneer of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and how we can take his lessons of combining best practices to attain the highest levels of agility. Bruce founded Jeet Kune Do to evolve martial arts away from a, “My style is better than yours”, rhetoric to strengthen combat sports. Adel’s blockchain agnostic approach and community collaboration takes a mirrored approach in the sphere of virtual currencies. Discussion about proposal has been held several weeks with Adel team and the community members. Community voting has decided to go to Ethereum.
Ardor is planned to be used for the Adelshare token ADS in Q1 2018 which you can buy Stake into projects and receive dividends on the projects performance. For example upcoming iFin.io and new projects that are already in the pipeline.

Before moving Adel to Ethereum we should have just wait for the Ardor release and see what it has to offer...

My ADL are in my Nxt wallet. I never "registered" as I bought them off an exchange. How will this work swapping them for ADE and when is this planned to happen?

Everyone will need to send their ADLs from any exchange back to the Nxt address registered in their Adel account, in order to best facilitate the swap.

Voting Results! ▲ $ADL on Ethereum
The results are in. After three days of voting on the Adel Community Portal, the community has decided to swap all ADL coins on the NXT blockchain for ERC20 compatible cryptocurrency on the Ethereum blockchain. The results were split as follows:

• 3% Option 1 • Only ADL/Ardor , No ADE
• 21% Option 2 • ADL/Ardor ◄► ADE/Ethereum
• 76% Option 3 • ADL/Nxt ► ADE/Ethereum

We believe that $ADE will be a positive initiative for Adel and our community, by:
• Attracting new members
• Bringing new expertise to Adel via stakeholders and membership
• Raising the awareness of Adel in other blockchain communities
• Increasing trading volume, market cap, and coin value
• Increase Adel's exposure as an agnostic blockchain
