Oh wow.. I actually REALLY like this one.. Like a LOT.. It's clean, has both the A and the M, has the coin shape intact, is scaleable, nice flat style which is popular as hell in web design atm.. I would not be opposed to seeing this everywhere

Logo is fine, and it was Majika himself who made it.

If people really wants another one, then fine.
But handout will not be changed, and neither will the design on ANN (the one for AeroME wich hasnt been released yet).
Please realize that what I do takes a lot of time, and I will not sit down and redo a lot of my work because one guy doesnt like the logo.

Not trying to be mean or anything, Kwattro I appriciated your input.

But I do hope someone is ready to make another ANN for AeroME release if the logo gets changed, if not Majika needs to do it, and that means longer time before release.

On another note, got Handout on a few more smaller sites. Already have a good amount of clicks, and 2 people have contacted me about investment in AeroME.

sounds unreal, Dev. ill start promoting on reddit with giveaways... As for the logo I'm fine with the contest lets just implement it across the board. Theres a lot of sites that currently show "Aerocoin" and of those sites we have different logos that original blue, and the red and black one.... I just want a pure push to get us updated when the logo is changed.

I have a request for those who wish to participate.

Please provide the original .psd/png as it will make my life easier when it comes to optimized the graphics across the platform client/front-end and for any other promotions which we shall be doing.


Lots of stuff has been done.. to much to note here but in a nutshell:-

More Nodes are almost done/ready for a second batch of DNSSEED nodes to power the platform BC.
NGINX reverse-proxys which will be passing requests and sending responses onto the node server(s) have been setup..
Redis caching layer configured on staging servers and have nice setup working and is blazing fast!
I have finalized the "hardening" of 3 forward facing servers, which match that of the ones already in service. So, im happy they are pretty secure.
I will have this looked at in more depth by some pro's asap before live tests begin and also during test phase.
Maybe more changes need to be made to ensure its all patched up and secure according to latest security threats, which i am not up to speed on as much as I like to be these days, threats change so fast in the security world.
So, I will do what i can but I also have a discussion with some of my old friends and seek advise. Check we are in accordance with OWSAP spec. and do some vuln. testing / analysis.

We have a good distribution of well placed .EU/.US servers to run the blockchain and both the platform and supporting services..

Frontend stuff is being done over the next couple of days and as soon as i wired up the API we good to begin live tests.

Without sounding over excited I'm quietly confidant we will start seeing support type services for the platform popping up can coming online shortly.

There maybe gremlins in the system so please don't push me for a solid release date/time I still have a bit left to do..
Please take this with a pinch of salt, many things can and will crop up which will require() my attention.

It looks like a lots is left to do but really isn't much to it. Its just a matter of doing it. (if that makes sense..)


The plan is to basically mimic my local / staging setup and deploy out of staging.
Get the last parts finished and wire it all up.
3 main release stages, platform, <> support services, client.
Test (closed tests for a few days)
Test performance and monitor.. This may require changes to configs or to bring more servers online.
If when, all good, general.beta (real world tests)
Then the current branch of the Repo will made public.

 I just want dev to be decisive and say, "This is the Logo". If it comes from yet another contest fine, but I dont want the community to decide, because its too many opinions. I want his decision to be final, and we all just go with it.

I know there has been a logo contest for Aero, but was there a logo selection for AeroMe? I can't remember that, but I may have missed it. I just pointed this out because if we decide the moment has come to get known a logo is an important part of the branding. A great logo helps a lot to "seem" more serious and more credible. It will be harder to change it later than it is now.

Weve done a bout a million different logo, the problem is nobody is satisfied and we end up with 10 logos... Id rather we all just supported just one logo, Brand is so important.

I have some reserves regarding the logo. Now that investments are being done to get AM to the outside world, is has to be right on the spot. That logo has something that makes it look unprofessional. That is my opinion of course. Maybe a new logo campaign would be useful. The community fund could be used to develop something professional and original. can we organize a Poll to ask the community's opinion?

IBTimes has the right kind of people we are looking for, and with around 150,000,000 views each month, Aero could see a good stream of new investors.

It will go in circles with other ads, and this is how it will look like.


Approximately 50,000 People Will be Reached.

Its sad that there is so few that wants to help with projects like this, considering the amount of work that I put into the handout.
I had to open my wallet and I'm out 1 btc on this.
But now we do have a community fund for stuff like this, so I am asking to take out the amount I have used in Aero. If you have any problems with this, please put your hands on the keyboard.

Will update on the success of this (clicks, contacted, etc), and hopefully we will be able to market like this more before AeroME drop. But it depends on the rest of you guys.
