I found the link to download windows wallet from page 1. The wallet was not syncing so I had to watch the video and create the .conf file (Had to add all the nodes shown at page 1) Just the above 3 did not work for me.Code:

DEV produce a file storage option over tor. The coin would be huge.
I've asked here before, but what are the benefits of file storage? And since you mentioned both, what are the benefits of both?
