I agree. Also dev hasn't been too active on this thread lately. I would like to hear what future plans he/she has for
this coin. I think one of the issues right now is to get more miners to the other pools also besides validerror pool.

Don't like those mining sites that make you sign-up,
create workers, them holding your coins until you
earn the required a minimum of 'x' coins to get a payout?

No need for sign-ups, workers, etc....
Just use your wallet address as your miner's 'username' and password='x' !
Its that easy and simple!
When the pool finds a block, you get paid directly,
reguardless of the amount.
payouts are encoded in the found block as transactions!
ie. the pool doesn't payout from a wallet, your payout is in the block!

I don't really understand the premine haters. It was only one 1% and
is clearly used for promos/giveaways.
Can the dev though answer if there are block reward reductions after the 50ALC reward?
I like this coin because it is sowewhat rare, has fast difficulty readjustment time and has a fun name/theme.
We just need a community of alcohoinists to help the growth of this coin
