i have posted this few weeks ago. But i get banned from forum. And i can post again now. This transaction is from coinexchange.io to yobit. can you help me to recovery my coin back?

I am sorry, but we do not refund transactions to Yobit. Please ask Yobit support for help. They do not respond on my request to update their wallet. Once they do update you will get back your coins.

And about yobit, i also contact to support but nothing answer. I hope u can help please...

This is the problem with Yobit and this is why people should check the status of the wallet on Yobit before ever sending coins there. Yobit are one of the worst exchanges when it comes to support and will take weeks if not months before you get a reply. I'm sorry that this has happened to you but the dev can't really do anything about it as he is also waiting on a reply back from them which was sent over a month ago. The dev can't just keep giving away coins if people were not here when the announcement was made that he would help people get back their coins. This is why I always say that people really need to stay up to date with the coins they buy or don't buy so many different coins if people can't keep up to date with all the news from each coin they own.
