Not necessarily... this is one of the unique qualities of low volume crypto. AR shareholders have to keep a strong hand through asset exchanges. With a few more buy ins, perhaps a few more dumps and AR is well poised for $100k cap. It should happen quickly too. That is the beauty of low volume.
BTW, I am not the price manipulator.

Copy the files to your %appdata%\arcoin folder and replace the existing ones.
