New suggested fee is 0.05
Alright, updated to new code @ http://arg.scryptmining.com Pool will still try for fees of only 0.0001 on > 1.0 ARG's

Please note, i've adjusted tx fee's appropriately for this coin. Anything > 1.0 ARG only charges a tx fee of 0.0001! Unfortunately it seems the coin is charging me 0.1 regardless if the amount is < 1, so I left that implemented as-is. (I'll test further on the sub-1.0 one, confirm if I can't get it lower as well).
