Block 1500+: block reward random from 1-5. This sort of configuration is more realistic and adds additional security to the network by adding more variability. It also discourages difficulty hopping.
Interesting idea. I do not think any other coin did that before...

Eh.. Sort of important when OP claims no coins will be sold if he gave you a ton of them. Especially with the abysmally small block reward.
