I've been following ARQ on Telegram, and had a look at Tradeogre to see if I could find some background before attempting a trade there.
The thought came to mind that if most of the trades take place there, that then becomes a possible single point of failure.
I had a look at bisq but it looks like ARQ has never traded there.
I'll be interested to hear if anyone has any thoughts on Tradeogre and the people behind it, and I'll probably try a few small trades and see how they go.
In the style of putting some money where my mouth is, I'll put up a couple of trades on bisq to see how that goes.
Sooner or later, ARQ will need some wider access to trading.

I'll have to see what the market for the coins is like.
The new bad news is that the USA is asking for trade information on all digital assets.
I do not think that will fly but they may have no alternatives if they want to crush alt currencies.

IMPORTANT: Upcoming changes on STAGENET:
We will be changing to 18 blocks unlock time/confirmations.
Miner_reward included in mined block will have varying unlock_times:
a. Varying from 18 up to xx blocks,
b. xx is under investigation to choose the most suitable value. considerations include pool hoping and how long a miners can wait for rewards to unlock.
These changes will not affect service_nodes reward and will apply only to miner_tx.vout[0].
We will run pool for these changes and keep stagenet network running, so help on stagenet would be nice. This will ensure a smooth, bug free deployment to mainnet.
There will be an additional program needed to run a Service Node:
a. storage server – with separate database and ports, it will be tested with small amount of users, anyone is welcome to provide support / logs/ issues.
Service Node staking requirement will be 112500 after fork block, operator minimum amount is 25 % of full node, the rest can be open for stakers.
a. Node will be active only when node is fully filled and maximum amount of stakers is 4,
b. SN operator can also contribute and lock 100 %.
We will conduct a few simulations with different variables. These optimal settings will be made public later.

Service nodes testnet incoming!
I'm thinking of setting up maybe a Raspberry PI with four hours of battery backup.
An outline specification of hardware and other things needed would be useful.
That may have been discussed in the chat, but I don't follow that.
They will put off the testnet to september. Nodes are crashing and billions of USD are going down the drain since nobody is there to take the responsibility for the maintenance of the Nodium, a giant node cluster frequently replenished with nodules holding pus as reward for node operators. To foil this unwanted process Aroma coin should be handed over to someone with more experience.
