You need to adjust the diff multiplier, it's not ccminer, it's the pool.
The problem with the diff multiplier is fake shares.. When you do it "right", you simply hash away with a much higher speed than you really have, therefore my pool is quite picky about the client, no fake shares are accepted, unfortunately some real shares are also rejected, especially from ccminer, i'm not sure why atm but i'm looking.
