if I start with a bat file I use this

Code:
cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://p2pool.crunchpool.com:12347 -u YourAuroracoinAddress -p x --expiry 1 --scan-time 1 --queue 0

but cgminer doesn't pass the first screen and my CPU is at 50%

Thanks!

One way to look at pools. You decide Wink
P2pools not included.

aur.speedhash.eu 70 MH/s (99.91% Pool Efficiency)
aurora.greekpool.eu 105 MH/s (99.84% Pool Efficiency)
aur.scrypthp.com 110 MH/s (99.81% Pool Efficiency)
aur.easy-mine.eu 3900 MH/s (99.56% Pool Efficiency)
aur.pool.mineabit.com 525 MH/s (99.51% Pool Efficiency)
aur.ctrlaltdefeated.us 145 MH/s (99.49% Pool Efficiency)
aur.cryptocoins.at 10 MH/s (99.03% Pool Efficiency)
aur.cryptoculture.net 1000 MH/s (95.38% Pool Efficiency)

Maybe we aren't the biggest (yet) but aur.speedhash.eu is the most efficient among pools!
100% uptime from start!

I hope it will help to choose the best pool for each of you. I know that many will choose the biggest ones. But please consider spreading your hash power among smaller pools, too. Thank you!

ghettopools put on ignore and his posts disappeared

How nice.

That's what I am going to do with all pool spams

edit: taken2 on ignore
edit: CtrlAltDefeated on ignore
edit: laterbreh on ignore
edit: cloudminers on ignore

come again

Cool story bro. Without those pools you wouldn't be mining. Believe it or not people actually come into these threads looking for pools Smiley

I don't mine nor am I interested in it.

I started with ghettopools because his fucking pool photo showed up several times in the thread.

I am assuming all these pool people are constant spammers and just repeatedly post the same thing over and over again.

From now on I am putting any mention of pool on ignore

Thats good for you mate but this entire forum is filled with miners that ARE looking for pools and as alot of us found out yesterday lots of the pools in the OP are less than ideal. I usually always go to the last page of the thread to see the new pool posts as they are usually fighting to get my hash power with low fees or in ghetto's case a lotto.

You whinging about the pool spam is also spam.

Lol can i start cry ?
And we don`t spam - we create pools for ppl who want mining.
And yes some of ppl spam because there is many MOPS pools but only few p2pools that`s why i give link http://taken.pl:12347/ to my p2pool where we got 64MH/s.

Thanks :>

I was thinking of mining and buying this coin
BUT
As I live in Ottawa which has an Icelandic Embassy 1 block from my GF work I walked over and asked the nice lady if she knew anything about the give away.

She had me sit a minute made a call and a fellow came promptly out and told me clear they have NO knowing or contact from Dev's
AND it would not be usable as legal tender without gov approval and would need meet same regs as bitcoin exchanges do.
He was confused at first because Iceland gov WAS giving serious consideration to adopting the Canadian dollar and it was well publicized.
He thought I was asking about something related to THAT issue and laughed a firm NO to the  crypto being under consideration and  did not wish to hear details of the "AIRDROP".
There would be also at least some form of local news or info and contact group needed which should have a very transparent and open public presence.
He was un-aware of any such group  and yet Iceland has a mining community and bitcoin savy populace.
There are no Icelandic miners or natives in this forum involved or even announcing their eagerness or intent to receive coins or help or participate in any way
Oh and even public give aways from promo products usually must meet Postal regs and anti gambling/lotto laws..
So he was not sure if it would even be legal to give the promotional "Tokens" away.
See how easy that was to get some REAL info.

You are not bringing any new information. This is all known

"Stories about Auroracoin in Iceland point out that Baldur Odinsson is a pseudonym and the company behind the project is based in Panama."

Look at the date on BBC article Feb 7
