Wow. Mined some Dogecoin for fun, but never saw this one.
The rewards are actually more reasonable than Dogecoin.

Yeah, this is correct. The difficulty was .03 less than 12 hours ago and is climbing rapidly.

Correct, the coin was already launched. The original developer abandoned the coin, as he saw great success with Doge.
This is why the coin is being relaunched.

If you'r making a conf it would be 'Bells.conf'

It will always match the name of the appdata/roaming/[coinname] folder, in this case it's called "bells", so name the configuration file "bells.conf"
