The original developer of Bells, also made Dogecoin. However, due to the overwhelming success of Doge, he abandoned this project.

Vorfeed1 has added the walletnotify method to the git. I have someone else creating a new window's binary for the coin.

There are plenty of other things that need to be done if you know anyone that can help.
