someone did not have time to buy bells. induces panic. no other reasons.
I easier to delete the bells. bells than to sell.

It would be good in the near future 1BEL = 1-10 cents (I think that this should be with a block size 2 bells)

Klaus, what do you mean by Bells not being banned in Russia? Do you have any links where I can read about this?
