I mean just encouraging the campaign to encourage BTC donations on their webpages or on their pamphlets etc, I wouldn't encourage dumping anything to donate but I'm sure there are a lot of people in the BTC/crypto community that would love to be able to contribute BTC especially with the chance that it might get BTC mentioned in media or even by Bernie himself.

referencing BERN is only to get those already in the crypto community to know who was trying to get BTC noticed

Is it true that nearly 10 BTC has been donated to Bernies campaign so far? cause that would be a pretty awesome start

I have heard nothing of this, though it would be awesome if it was true. I was not aware he accepts BTC donations. His website dose not, I know.

https://go.berniesanders.com/page/content/contribute/

That might be something that could give us some real traction, if we could convince them to start accepting BTC donations through some sort of small spirited campaign it would give BERN some good recognition.

even just commenting on TYT videos and posts about Bernie to get their attention (and any other supportive Pro Bernie groups on FB or twitter)

I am loading 1000 BERN airdrop paper wallets for some New York supporters tonight. Perhaps I can talk on of them into accepting/collecting BERN donations for Bernie. I could technically do it but, being that I hold the instamine I am not sure if that's wise and God knows I don't need another hat to wear. The only bad thing is it might drive down the price when it is converted to BTC but, eyes on the prize, not the price. Wink

The community is starting to come alive on social media. Its not just the same two people, me and another supporter, tweeting and posting any longer which is great to see. We are getting more and more attention, I am sure it is just a matter of time before TYT hears about the BERN that is mine-able. One of the people I was talking to was talking about this movie they are making and how my project of BERN would be a perfect fit. I don't know the name of the movie, or what it will be called, but supposedly it is about people pitching in what they can for the political revolution. Which is precisely why we have BERN, I can't financially contribute because I am to my eyeballs in tax debt. Ironic. lol

But yes, anyone that wishes to help with the social media, please do.
The fb group is https://www.facebook.com/groups/berniecoin/
The twitter is https://twitter.com/berncash
The subreddit is https://www.reddit.com/r/BERNcash

Anyone can help us promote BERN with just a little social interaction.

Thanks in advance!

Please, vote for BERN to be added at c-cex. https://c-cex.com/?id=vote&coin=bern

Thank you kindly for the support.

Voted.
Im going to donate some to that vote too.

More markets are more trade, which is bigger volume and eventually market cap and worth.

Thank you kindly. Please everyone, vote for BERN to be added.

You will not be alone with your donation. I know another supporter is going to buy some votes today. A lot.

Let's do this!

I will donate all my BTC 0.007 Cheesy

I want that this coin grow up!!

P.S in about 1-2h i set up the node 24/7 but i just come back from work.

Awesome, thank you so much. It seems we will all need to pull together to pull it off this week. I have some other coins I am selling now that should get me .01 BTC at least to kick in for some more votes. We are going to need much more to take that certain coin presently in the #1 position. All my other BTC is spoken for to pay for the seed nodes' and the block explorer's VPSs due in a few days. But like I said, I do know some bigger spenders are going to kick in a lot also today. The good thing is, if we are unable to raise enough, it will carry over to next week.

I will PM you about your node. Thanks for everything DonMarco.

To the rest of you, if you can help any, please do. Voting ends in 13 hours as of now. I think we are going to have a good shot at it today.

EDIT: Done, that gave us 180 votes.

The net hashrate has dropped to only 200MH/S now  Sad

Probably connected to the price.
When the price is 200+ , its even more profitable to mine BERNS than ETH.

The reward for those mining now are almost doubled too. Diff=low

Like mr CryptoCanary. When netspeed is 600mh, he makes 5-7K BERNS. Now he makes 23K

k so if the block reward has increased then the dip is expected, all good  Cool

The reward is the same, but since lower difficulty makes you find them easier and more often, yes, reward is "bigger" for those left mining.

k I see what you mean, if the price rises enough for long enough miners pile on and raise the hashrate. ah but then less for the actual coin collector/followers.

the more exchanges the better for sure, I'd love to see what would happen if we made it to Poloniex and Bittrex  Cool

If you check the pool stat now you'll see he gets 7 000 BERNS less pr day now because of rise in netspeed(diff).
So yes, you would earn a TON if you were the only miner .. the problem with that ton is that you wont be able to sell it. Or will have to sell it so cheap that its not worth much.

Like with ETH now.. the difficulty is so high it takes days for a solo miner to maybe find a block. But since the price is so high, its still worth the search.  Finding a ETH block solo is so hard that a pool will be smart unless you have very high hashrates.

Bottom line is PRICE.
If the price is high enough.. a long block search is worth it.
Price controls everything, really.
High price = more miners, more speed, more steady trades, higher volumes, lower risks.

Just so you don't worry about Mr CryptoCanary dumping his accumulated wealth of BERN, it is I.  Smiley

Aha Cheesy
Ye, you will also have to make sure there are _always_ atleast 1 miner active on the coin.

Im the other dude there Cheesy

Im not into coindumping either... i think thats like shooting ones own foot.
As a coinholder.. the coins well beeing is in my best interest.

Thanks for mining and holding. Smiley

My pleasure.
This is my first X14 coin.

Im gonna walk my 170lbs beardog now.. i have some questions id like to pm you when i get back Smiley

FYI: The block reward, presently 250 BERN, will decrease to 10 BERN at block 720001. This should be ~1 week before the election in November. It will stay at 10 BERN for 3 years until ramping back up to 100 BERN prior to the 2020 election.
