I believe you are confusing two very different things. Worksize is a GPU setting and not the same as supply of work. You want to use worksize of 64 for, what I assume is because your using sgminer, AMD/ATI GPUs.

Im experementing with "queue": x settings now.

When mining solo, I crank the queue up. Several hundreds.

Enter a sum in the auto pay field in "Account settings".
Or scroll down on the same page and hit the cash out now option.

Yes, like frostminer has pointed out, you need to establish a threshold for suprnova to send payments at. Login to your suprnova dashboard. Select "My Account" and then select "Edit Account". There you can define your payout address, donation (to suprnova) %, and the payout threshold. You need to enter your PIN also before you click "Update Account".
