I will try to get it added to one today. I was talking to Bill and Richie of Bittrex but, they don't want to add with nethash as low as it is.

Those are called orphans. What happened is you and another wallet both solved the block but yours got rejected by the network since the other wallet broadcast it a few mil seconds out before yours. When staking you are competing with other wallet/coins to solve the block first to receive the reward.

Pool? Solo mining is very hard.
No pool as of now. Keep up the solo mining though. Difficulty is still very low and you have a good shot. Several GPU miners, including myself, have pulled our GPU rigs off BERN just to give CPU only miners a better shot.
