Found some mentions of Betacoin in ETF Guide video

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CE-A0L0TMkE

Betacoin seems to be a nice coin with fair blockchain start, as i see. I would say, if developers will do code rebase and Java wallet clients, and all other things they are talking about, it will be the best SHA-256 altcoin.

Hello,

To be clear with the community and avoid misunderstanding.
Developers are working on:

Coin dev:
-code rebase with the latest Bitcoin 0.9 version with features and fixes
-GUI  client upgrade
-BetacoinJ
-Android wallet application
-Java wallet clients on Desktop for all platforms with new Betacoin only GUI

(Last 3 in list shows more of Java in Betacoin future)

Services development:
-market applications (modules, pre installed platforms, etc)
-blockchain explorer features and social integration
-information websites, infographic and wiki

So, we are not active in communicating now, i can`t tell the exact time when all of above will be available, please be patient.  much appreciate all miners that keep Betacoin going and other supporters.

Thank you

P.S.
While BetacoinJ (with android wallet) and rebase on hard work, there are few new Betacoin mentions in major press:

in defi we trust
Checking coins that have no serious updates for a few days but still hold a possibility for some pumping and making the news. Are there still people around this?

So , dead and buried , erased from the list.

Hi, Betacoiners!

First of all, I want to apologize for the 1 month of silence from dev team. There were some reasons.
While development process of betacoin ecomerce modules, applications and researching of the blockchain going strong, there was some kind of “research of decentralisation with negative factors”. I will explain. Since the goal of launching Betacoin network was full decentralisation from the very begining, there was a huge interest -  how community will react on developer silence for the 1 month period? Actually that is a reduplication of Bitcoin developer silence.
And the conclusion is simple – developers silence causes price fluctuation and drops, but not huge difficulty drops.
At the same time the moment for silence was selected when the whole cryptocurrency scene had not the best of times to enhance the effect of silence. In this case, no news situation was the news, and that is wrong. Because Betacoin should be decentrilised not only by its technical structure, but in “minds of its users”.  Because Betacoin network itself can`t be affected by developers, only users with their hashpower “voting” can affect the network.
It should be noted, that dev team never trying to affect the price and never play on the market, first of all we can`t, because we do not have enough Betacoin ammount to do so (see Betacoin “start phase” before 16000 block), another thing we are absolutely not about market games, etc, but only tech enthusiasts and researchers.
“The other side of the coin” Smiley for last month were developers conversations and consultations with some of other future crypto-exchanges developers and projects for cryptocurrencies development teams about Betacoin participation. It is still early to share the news about that, but there are number of reasons for optimism about future Betacoin life.
So,
Developers – keep developing
Miners – keep mining
Users – keep using
Thanks for all, keep on going.

It would be a better coin if it wasn't for all the pump and dumpers which they are going to regret when they have none when the price sky rockets.

Take that back...iSpace does not seem to be working from my perspective. Once I link my miner I cant access the server sites...ispace or dsync...any ideas what's up?

Whose best to mine with or better to go solo?

I believe in this coin! Smiley
There is not any reason why this coin should not be worth significantly more if there was more miners on it this coin would sky rocket like it did last week when it went up to difficulty over 1 million. That was just a taste of it's possibilities give it a few more months and those who are not mining this coin will start to regret it.
