i think that somebody might have already reported this bug, but there seems to be something wrong with you charts and/or your trading engine!
look at the btc/moon pair: there is a candle on the chart that suggests that the price has reached 40,500 satoshi, which would be amazing, but of course the price has never been higher than 7 satoshi during the last few days so far.
i have noticed that bug earlier and it seems to appear when a bot puts in a lot of buy orders with small amounts of moon at higher price than market price in a row, so something like 1 moon @ 100 sathoshi.
hope you can fix that and keep up the good work!

the candle that i have talked about has now disappeard, but i promise i has been there. or is it only that you have just removed it?

I'm sorry, I do not know much English. But what is your mission here if you do not help your customers?

i DO help my customers, but i will not do that at 10 different places.
i will get crazy.
we have a ticket center for that.

click on"Get support" at CoinEX site, or write to [email protected]

I can not send a message to tech support. Writes the following:

"Sorry, there was a problem submitting your request. Please try again later."

And so a whole day ..

I get the same message, sure it will be solved soon Smiley

yeah there seems to be some issues there to be worked out.

the mining crap could use more info.. i tried mining moon there and got 5000 over 2 hours.. another site, 3000, in 2 minutes.. about 20k an hour which is about right.

and the mines on the switch pool keep dying.

havent had trade issues yet

Who will sell moons for nothing? Nobody. So, I didn't. But you sold it. You sold it for 1 satoshi, so I got nothing because my balance was negative. Because the site multiplied my buy order (buy moons for 0.00000011). I told you about this problem before my balance became -~2.6 BTC. But you did nothing. So, what should I do now? Go to the police?

How long does it take normally till my BTC will show up under "Balances"? Support told me that I am already on their list to process and that the sysop has to check the lists, but after waiting for 24 hours and having already more than 180 confirmations, my balance still shows zero.

I wanted to trade with a large amount of BTC and therefore I transferred 0.1 BTC to test CoinEx first, but now I am not sure if I will transfer more BTC because of this delay. I hope that my BTC will appear in my account in the next 24 hours because I would really like to trade on CoinEx in the future.

Does anyone know how long it normally takes till you can start trading?

-- EDIT --

Finally, my BTC arrived! Took more than 24 hours but at least, now it has arrived so I'm happy. Thank you! Smiley

we have right now a huge backlog on tickets. we are working on them to process them as soon as possible. some tickets we can process within a few minutes, some need more time till the sysop can take a look at them.

You always say this which means two things:

1. You need more support staff and better workflows.
2. You are working things in the wrong order (I already said this prior).

CoinEX needs to fix both of these.  I do your job for a living, have done it for a decade, understanding how to work a ticket queue doesn't take a lot of effort.  If so many things require a sysop to perform -- which it seems just about EVERYTHING does -- you need more than one sysop.  Two weeks ago, you said tickets like TFA receive priority, I've had a TFA ticket (4755) open for a week now.  That's not really "priority" and as I said before, "priority" is always changing so if that's all you work on, you never work on old tickets.  Clearly, this is exactly what is going on.

you have right and we are in the progress of getting fulltime support staff with sysop rights.
