While it clearly would be a good link to connect the coin project with the casino, I don't think it's necessarily that clear cut. There are pros and cons to such an association.
Besides, the whole reasoning behind the casino being named 'Bitstars' is in relation to Bitcoin.
Maybe they'd be persuaded to offer both currencies as payout on the basis that Bitstarcoin would potentially wind up increasing the amount of BTC the player wins.
Personally, though, I prefer not to encourage gambling on non-skill games.

You can trade this on bittrex and poloniex as of right now I believe. IMO more exchanges would certainly help the distribution, and likely the price. Marketing the coin will help a lot to as people will not be able to invest in something they don't know about. Find a good balance and pursue them both. I would suggest not paying for anything regardless of the road chosen until beta is complete and ready for full launch.

Eh, you have to have some of both. We need some promotion especially in the early stages. I think having a donation address for promotion is a good idea.

I think part of the fight is making users know we have this new feature.
I have a lot of paid offers to send out tweets etc or news articles, but not sure that's the kind of thing we should be considering on or not.

if bitcoin wasnt at its current low we would have 50+ vol and a price over 2k right now , once alt volume picks back up all good coins will explode including this one since p2p trading with fiat in the walletz is a firsttimer in crypto
