to start. And limiting how many coins each person can get was wise. Distribution will

i cant get mine to sync either and not sure how to do wallet. i typed in %APPDATA%\Plankton and it returned no results
You first need to run the wallet so that it will create the directory. Once you run it, then exit the wallet and then go to the %APPDATA%\Plankton directory and make your plankton.conf file with the needed info and nodes. After this, run your client again and it should sync.

but wallet is still out of sync.

I've also created "Plankton.conf" next to "Plankton-qt.exe" with the above content but wallet does not sync.
The Plankton.conf file should be placed in this location,
C:\Users\YOURACCOUNT\AppData\Roaming\Plankton
