how to distribute 25% of the premine ? exact percentage

I'm thinking 25 million FOOD per person. If there are any leftovers after a week, I'll increase the limit
Therefore, if you want to buy the maximum that you are entitled to, it will cost 0.25 BTC (which is a good entry point for amoebas, fish and whales.

7.5BTC is a low amount of BTC for 75% of total coin. Plus, you'll be holding 25% of the premine.
One person could purchase all the coins and become really rich when/if hits an exchange.

Thank you for your input, no offense taken. This is exactly what I am after which is why I didn't rush the launch.
I was originally going to launch the coin with a much higher marketcap, however, after seeing what happened to other coins, I decided heavily against it. Therefore, I looked to make a coin that is affordable with little room to move down, but a lot of room to move up. The only issue is that a whale/ cartel/ mafia can scoop the lot and manipulate the market (which is not necessarily a bad thing
- KIDDING!). So anyway, this is what I am thinking. I do the distribution through this thread (with escrow available) and restrict each account to only 25 million FOOD. Each account will be subject to back checks to ensure it is the owners primary account. I will be looking for activity, quality of posts and whether there is a lot of trolling (most secondary accounts are made for trolling). Also any new accounts made in July 2014 will be prohibited.
In regards to the 25% 'premine', that is all going to promotion and bounties. I will be looking to fulfil this task within 7 days to prove my dedication to the project. We can even hold this in escrow if everyone agrees?
