If the startup decide to use your platfrom to raise funds, will their token only be sold to investors inside the platform or people can buy outside the platform? what are the requirements to be part of the community (contributors/investors)

The money is stored in a smartcontract which acts like an Escrow. Funds are released when roadmap or project milestones are achieved.

First and foremost if there is no buyers confidence in the ICO Ecosystem the entire Token Economy comes under risk.
DAICOs will build confidence and it will be healthy for every stake holder in the economy.
Great startups work on accountability and nothing more is expected from DAICOs as well.
