There's a big difference between having 40,000 BOScoin and 10,000 BOScoins.
If you have 40,000BOS and are running a full node,
you can receive Freezing reward and confirmation reward.
With 10,000BOS you cannot run a full node.
Then if I have 40,000 BOScoins, will the 40,000 BOScoins create more BOScoins?
What do you mean by freezing BOScoins?
Freezing coin is just like a deposit in a bank.
If you deposit your money in the bank, you will receive interest.
The usage of Freezing BOScoins can be used as a collateral, in case the malicious full node tries to forge the transaction.
If malicious nodes intend to forge data, the system will confiscate the collateral.
And confiscated collateral will be attributed to Commons budget.
