Any BOScoin community member can propose PF. However, only BlockchainOS will submit proposals for PF until the platform is stable.....this is the problem...blockchainos has wanted to get their hands on released boscoin....only they can create shell company which will receive boscoin.....no wonder the fund stopped payments.....they are trying to hood wink the community to suck the allocation of boscoin....they reduced votes to 10k...they killed nodes for community ...not for themselves...the created some blind voting system so nobody can see who is voting....we did not want to know names but wanted to see holdings....those that have 2 million coins have same power as 10k holder....all these 10k holders are blockchainos voting to give blockchainos the allocated coinage...they are kidding and should be reported to the korean equivalent of the SEC. Really? How it happen? Anyway, for the good of the project then replacing a fired CEO will be good and should happen as soon as possible. This will likely to discouraged the community if there are no action taken from the team.Hopefully, the team could get back the reputation of the project and gain the trust of the community and even getting more project's capabilities.

No news or updates after this hard fork event breaking news I think they lost their interest in this project and move forward to new one. But this is very strange behavior how any professional team can handle like this.

One of the selling points of this coin was congress voting. I guarantee the community will shoot down a fork if it’s put to a vote.

Let's be realistic and look at hard facts and reality shattered around this project. What do you think if hard fork doesn't happen this is going to do other way. They are out of industry which is evolving very fast and leaving behind those can't walk accordingly. Boscoin was my favorite as well at start but they took too much time by dragging it unnecessarily.

maybe this is not a bad thing since price has been decreasing only? If he forks don't we get 1:1 of the new fork as well? perhaps this could be a good thing as he wants to take development into his hands and possibly increase the value with whatever plans could make it better than current boscoin.
If forks you still get to run your chain, can you explain why this is a bad thing? Are you guys scared you will be replaced?
Idk, but a hard fork into a ERC20 token would likely leave current holders screwed, and dumping development for an etherum token sounds like a perfect way to kill the project,
