you won't see anything for a while, just be patient.
as I learned on this thread, your barrier to beat is the "diff 38.1K", and as your screen shows your current best share is 2.8K. Once you surpass that barrier it will generate a block, which could be then accepted, rejected, or even accepted but orphaned. You are not going to see shares when solo mining, shares are only for pools and when you are solo your only option is to generate a block or not.
At the current difficulty it's still possible to solo mine with your hashrate, just sit tight and you might get a few blocks.

You need to use cgminer 3.7.2 or lower, later versions removed scrypt support.

cgminer doesn't seem to be detecting any GPUs.. what card do you got in your computer?
I have some issues with the pool (bsspool.dyndns.org) i dont know if it's normal or not :
On my dashboard, it says i mine@ 0.2MH/s, it's normal i have only a GTX 570 :/
But on the pool statistics page, i have 0.2KH/s.
So, what is my real Hashrate there? Is it even possible to mine @ 0.2KH/s? :/
(and sorry for my poor english, i'm not fluent at all...)

hmm this could be a issue with the pool itself and this is something I cannot fix, you would have to check with the pool owner
