You can use testnet by editing bitcoinx.conf file and add the following line:
testnet=1
The blockchain Explorer is working fine http://blockchain.bitcoinx.space/
I know, it wasn't connecting to any server at that moment, now it's working, but the explorer still doesn't work properly, when you click on any link or search anything, nothing won't come up. It looks like Iquidus is pointing to port 3333 which is not serving anything.
The blockchain Explorer is working fine, can you make a screenshot and upload it through any online service
