the guy is right, smaller pool takes more time to found the block, but once it happens everyboby get their reward. Larger pool such as suprnova found block very often, but they do not donate to the community Sad

For the pool: bitcoinzfreedom.hopto.org , we are currently trying to crack the third block.
When the pool find this new block, you will get payed. This is how any pool works. The only difference is that in small (but promising) pools, you find less blocks/day. But since the number of miners is much lower than in big pools, you will get more coins/block.

I am not saying that you will get more or less coins with respect to a big pool.

Since block-finding is something random, there is a big variance for "the time it take for a pool to find a new block". But on the long run, the mean amount of coins earned in a big or small poll, should be very similar.
You might earn more/less coins, if you participate on races, and get to be the luck guy finding the block.

For example, at bitcoinzfreedom.hopto.org, the round is set to reserve 1500 of gen. coins to the block-finder. So, you get your share-coins + 1500 BTCZ.

The reward system for the pool is PPLNT (as shown in the home page)

Proportional payouts with a twist to protect you
A round is the time from when the pool found the last block until when the pool finds the next block. The length of a round is shorter, the higher the hashrate of the pool but there is also a luck factor involved in the length of round. My thoughts exactly. This Monday has been pretty bad across the board, but BTCZ holds rather solid. Also very consistent growh over the last weeks.

It’s a new pool and it has small hash rate. You get paid rarely but with bigger amount. You get a bigger percentage of the block.

Definitely not a scam pool - I found the second block, and was rewarded with 4018 BTCZ, plus an extra 1500 BTCZ finders reward.

The only problem is the low hashrate. Keep mining and you will be rewarded.

and if we cant find any block we dident get reward or btcz ?
how many days must we mine to get reward?

Finding the block will get you the extra reward, but if you have submitted shares you will get a proportional payout from the 12500 that block represents. So (very roughly speaking), if you submitted 1% of the total shares you would receive 125 BTCZ. Things like PPLNT and block finding rewards make the actual calculation a bit more tricky, but you don't have to find a block to get paid.

If you are looking for a new pool, I highly recommend the Ragnar pool at http://pool.bitcoinzguiding.ovh.

its (pplnt) better than normal mining? i get about 240 btcz in 24 hours if i go for pplnt any chance to get more btcz?
