No, 3 icons only antivirus, vpn,( have tried disabled and enabled) Radeon.

firewall exceptions added, no flags.
not sure were to find the output file?

Are you trying to run any other wallet or Java applet simultaneously with the wallet? Look in your system tray and see if there is another Java app causing a conflict.
There have also been reports that old Java based network drivers have caused this problem, so try updating your network adapter drivers.

founded bug is about export key file.
In some conditions exported file are not readable (contains special chars instead normal chars).
