Without more information is hard to diagnose your problem. If this is the Windows GUI wallet the best was to inquire and reach a resolution on this would be to open an issue here:

So if this is fork from Zcash if i own 1 zcash i will get 1 buck ? how about ratio 1:1 ? can you provide more information?
Buck was started from a new genesis block (from new Block # 0) so there is no correlation between Zcash and Buck blockchains.
