Maybe, but I personally just been holding my Burst until a larger exchange(s) accept it. If I need to get more BTC, I would just buy more at Coinbase or sell off my other altcoins that aren't moving on the markets.

i get that when i change the stagger size

I forget which error that is, either Xmx too high or stagger too high. I ended up with 1000 for each and ran fine.

Try a stagger size of 2048 and Xmx at 1024.

A ratio of 2/1 with stagger size/Xmx ratio works best for me.

its working at that suggested args, i just was wanting it to generate as fast as possible. its barely using any ram.. how long would i expect it to write 200gb of plots?
