How much hdd ´utilisation does this take ?
How long will it take to kill physical hdd´s , SSd´s ?
Is it possible to run that on a virtual hdd´s also ?
Also is is not very likely that botnets / clusters will have a enormous high "hash" rate ?
and last but not least : why Java ?

yes, i make a mistake, i found last pay of the pool is 4 hours, and within 4 hours, i also submit the shares but no coin received, may be the pool has something wrong, we have no method, because dev may be go to sleep,,,,,,,may be waste a night's time

Yes we are! A multi pool for BURST would be insane, because it is mined with HDD.
It will not only up prices, but difficulty as well, since more miners will hop on as profitability goes up.

my wallet recived 3 times of the burst send by pool, every time 500+ burst, check your wallet to see whether it send your wallet and reset the balance in the pool , when it send to your wallet, it will reset the balance and recalculate again and check your balance of the pool, make sure you did have account in it August 31, 2014, 08:29:33 AM

Also, it would be nice to get some performance tips for mining (NOT generating plots, there are lot's of tips regarding generating plots already present in this thread) ... are there any factors, that affect mining performance, besides the total storage space in the plots?
Does it matter if pocminer runs on a slow or fast computer?
Does it matter if pocminer runs on a computer with fast (latency & bandwidth wise) access to disks (like directly attached storage VS. USB storage, etc.)?

yes , it is working, balance is 0 may be it just paid you（send your burst in the pool to your wallet）, and the balance will be set 0 to the next mining, you can check your wallet to see wether you receive the burst

In the meantime, we should be trying to be added on other exchanges.
Dev should contact support (at) cryptsy.com for a request to put BURST on https://www.cryptsy.com/coinvotes/
I think this is not a good idea. We risk a big dump. Wait the multipool is ready and much people ar involved in to Burst before asking cryptsy o bittrex to quote our coin!!!

Crypsty is known to dump to oblivion, I suspect there are still a good amount of big bag holders just waiting to dump on a high volume exchange already.
