There might be several reasons:
1. What is the benefit of the coin?
2. What can you do with the coin?
3. Did you hear anything in the (social) media?

Euphoria is gone! Now we look at clear facts.

What did you do to improve the value of Burst?
Did you trade it (forth and back)?
Did you promote Burst? in your signatures?
Did you use ATs?
Did you create an asset?
Did you create a shop?

If you are not using it, why should others?

Supply and demand is in my opinion in a mismatch.

Arguments, that you can mine Bursts with low energy cost is great, but I can paint also a wall with a cheap color. The question is, what you can do with Bursts (or the painted wall.) You can make many colorful paintings and store it. Will it get more value by doing it so?

I completely disagree with keep the coin! No demand, no value!

check your firewall, pool works fine. it should the a connection problem within your system.

but you can also try a different miner, if you want. perhaps urays or so...

i think this is not possible...
when there is a problem and the miner shutdown, there isn't any possibility of to restart it by the miner.
You need a wrapper who check for "Miner is in use" and if is not, the wrapper relaunch it.

How do I make the wrapper?

Easy as this... I have used this for quite some time in the event a miner fails.
It's simple... and gets the job done.
If the miner dies out -- it will just go back to a restart.

Create a Windoze batch file named miner.bat
Put these lines in the bat file:

:restart
cd "c:\whatever\folder\your\miner\is\in"
miner.exe
goto restart

Miners currently mining with the pool. If you mined a couple of hours ago then went somewhere else or just stopped, you're not eligible. You have to be actively mining.
