yes, you will get no burst unless you submit shares, only your deadline < 75k , you will submit a share, and shares decide your work efficiency and pool pays you the corresponding fee.

So is it better for me to just solo mine or wont that work either?

how many capacity do you have, if < 5TB. you may not find a block in several days., and it will be better join the pool., you can get 1000+ burst perday with 1TB

There is a simpler way to do it. Just copy and paste the pool folder contents into the solo mine folder overwriting duplicate files. Do not copy the plot folder. Change the password.txt file to something else like password.old and then update the pool mining bat and launch it. Worked for me and only took a few seconds.

yes, you will get no burst unless you submit shares, only your deadline < 75k , you will submit a share, and shares decide your work efficiency and pool pays you the corresponding fee.

Yeah, I overreacted with the rig investment there. You are right, if you sell more than 30-40k coins per day you will kill the coin at present trade volume.

I'm mining 80-100K per day and I haven't sold a dime. The coin will grow don't rush it

How many TB are you throwing at it? Solo or pool mining?

If you can get 2000+ X 1 tb, maybe he got 50+ tb plotted and working


OK. I am 10 TB and whether I scale up or not depends on the progress of the coin. One thing for sure. If the BURST community wants this coin to move forward it will have to develop a more user friendly way to mine and a faster way to plot in Windows. The learning curve is way to steep for noobs.

Or throw 3btc and buy at 400sat now. If he reach 800 you got 6btc without loosing time to plot,buy hard drive etc etc.

no., without difficulty raise, it will not raise that price again, that price is just one guy bought at low price, pump the coin fast and dump and out, if without difficulty, it will never raise so much, if 1200 satoshi, like the guy who can mine 80k - 100k..that is 1.2BTC per day! even you have only 1TB, you can mine 0.015+BTC per day, investor are not stupid.

it is fine, it means you still ploting ,and it also can mine normally,

But i stopped the plotting, i transfered the plot files from pocminer_v1 to pocminer_pool_v1 because, can i still plot more in pocminer_v1 and then transfer that file to the pool folder, or does it have to be all in one file? what i'm saying is, can you have several different pool files and will the mining read them?
