What's the latest news on Burst? I seen in the altcoin speculation thread that there is supposedly some big upcoming news? Can anyone shed more light on what that is all about?

It is definitively holding its Bitcoin price (in the last weeks) and moving up against the US Dollar.

At the beginning of November, the price was about 68-70 satoshi and the dollar price sometimes below 0,5 cent. Now we are at about 80-82 satoshi and about 0,68 cents - an increase of 35% and more from the lows. Still we need confirmation for the bullish trend, however, because volatility is high and there are dips sometimes - but the lowest "intermediate USD low" at November 13 only reached 0,51 cents and the lowest intermediate Bitcoin low reached 72 satoshi on November 21. So after the little crash at the beginning of November, no "lower lows" were recorded - neither in Bitcoin nor in USD.

Is burst finally starting to move up?  It might not keep up with Bitcoin, if that goes to $10k but as long as it's going up against the dollar price, that's OK.

How many HDD is needed to start mining this coin and to worth mining and also get some profit after first month ?

Not a chance, if a person marketplace isappears, the others will grow. Not to mention that china dan is not permanent and could be lifted after some time. Wouldn't be the very first this kind of situation.b

As I am not mining Burst anymore I am now concentrating on the Burst assets that are paying well like SnakeEyes and OGBurst. These 2 assets have helped earn me more Burst since I stopped mining because the difficulty was getting too high for my small miner. So these assets are like mining Burst as I get dividends from them both each month.

The last few posts in this thread is like the mind of a psychopath.

1. I don't know if you are interested of buying it. It's at a low right now but there is active development, so we could see a rise in 2018
2. Yes quite easy and efficient with Harddrives. You PreCalculate nouces and the "mining" is looking for the closest nounce to a given difficulty, The one who hat the closest wins the block and around 1400 burst. For mining you should have at least 10Tb space left
3. You can buy it at many different exchanges. Poloniex for example.

It is interesting for mining, because it is very cost efficient. I for example have old drives from Servers wich I refurbished to burst mining with a NUC under Linux. (For nounce plotting [generating nounces] I use a Windows system.

The corp is divided in 2 parts, 1 being funded 50% from the Ico to develop 2 different platforms
1) a decentralized derivatives exchange to be ready in june 2018

I was also thinking about creating a Burst Asset for holding DRP tokens which are the Dcorp tokens (total supply is 8,094,002 DRP. )

That way we could have a Burst internal voting platform for Burst project ideas, and reach out to the Dcorp voting platform to get our project ideas through by the power of holding DRP tokens.

I forgot to check one of my Burst wallets in a few months and was very surprised to see that I was still receiving dividends from a few of my assets I hold. So even though I stopped mining Burst for the past 2 months I was still able to make some extra Burst from the assets. My 2 best performing assets are OGBurst and SnakeEyes, its like earning a passive income with these 2 assets.

I agree with you. The POC algorithm is something very interesting and something very new in the crypto game. Thats why i so interested in Burst.

It was certainly a positive experience for me and that's the reason I'm still in to the bitcoin globe as if individuals will have negative experience at preliminary stage i then don't believe that they will continue using bitcoins and can prefer another expense to invest their money.

Not a bad coin. If you look at how she behaves on the stock exchanges. Good enough volumes and volotility are high. You can earn on it if you act competently.
