Feel your pain here brother, have had several transactions do this and some they are taking weeks to get back to my support tickets!

But we gotta be patient with cryptopia, I read a post on their blog in december last year and they said that in december of 2016 they were
actually considering shutting down. Needless to say in 2017 everything changed.

They like doubled their amount of users in a matter of weeks late last year, there is just no way for them to keep up, and this is all the
exchanges not just cryptopia. The exchanges will catch up dont worry...

There are a bunch of new exchanges and teams that have recently gone through an ico process, and will probably be released from mid this year onwards. My guess is that when these are released, there should be less pressure on existing exchanges and more competition (I hope).

Don't feel too bad for Cryptopia - they are getting around $100k a listing now (although the asking price without negotiation is even higher).

ya thats true they are making a killing on listings and are taking forever to get the coins listed, magnet payed for a listing weeks ago and we still havent been listed.

hope that 2018 is a big year for decentralized exchanges, they are better for anonymity for tax purposes too

Hello. This might be a nube question. I just wanted to ask two questions. From the bulwark wallet how do you find your private key? From the bulwark, dow do you import a private key? Thanks for the help.

In the wallet, open up the debug console and use:

dumpprivkey

You'll need to do this for each public address you have.

Another way is dumpwallet

This will create a file you can open as a spreadsheet that contains all your public and private keys and will save it in the same folder your bulwark-qt.exe file is in.

Be sure that whichever option you use, you save those files somewhere very safe.

But isn't wallet.dat backup + passphrase should give you all what you need?
Or keeping private-key as a backup is important as well?

They seriously need to get on another exchange... I don't know why off hand, but yobit coinsmarkets has like 0 volume.  Cryptopia is a flaming pile of shit, at least right now.  First deposit took 5 hours before it recognized it had 20 confirmations.  Second deposit today has been over 6 hours that it's been stuck on 17/20 confirmations despite it being over 200 confirmations on the blockchain.  Forum threads on cryptopia about other people having similar issues with multiple other coins not confirming and being held unavailable.

I think that in the near future developers will take care of this issue. Now with coinsmarkets, cryptopia and other exchanges - very tense. A large influx of new people creates problems for us. It is the matter of time.

I think the revolution you speak of has already begun what with the likes of crypto-bridge and Alqo's bitfineon project.

There you can find a tutorial on how to properly create backups and dump all of your private keys. It's written for the DeepOnion wallet but it's basically the same for all qt wallets.

Happy to see Bulwark doing so well! Regret selling the BWK I mined, but might have to reinvest.

Not doing so well as must. Total Capitalisation around 20 millions it is very low cap for such coin as Bulwark. I think it will make great rally this year if cryptomarket will growing good.

Mining for almost an entire day @ .5 G/hs  on unimine and not a single block . I got tired of the huge pools because payout was so shitty. When do you give up on the small pool and move on ? I feel invested in unimine and don't want to leave until I get a block, but in the same breath I do no want to continue missing out on guaranteed payments from larger pools. I am out over $50.00/USD for the day and don't want to leave it for another night . It just seems silly. Are all the huge pools like BSOD.PW and Umine making it impossible for these smaller pools to find any blocks? Or does the entity of this have no impact on smaller pools like unimine?

Is wallet staking active yet?

Not until Year 2 Quarter 1

Is that still expected to be around December 2018?

Correct. Approximately 317-331 days from today based on average daily block count puts PoS activating between November 29th and December 12th.
