According to my debug file, I keep getting this error. Can anyone help me? Does this error even matter at this point?

Ok. I just have some hash like that:
RX 470 = 19-20 mh
1070 = 51-54 mh
1080 = 69 mh
I'm getting a lot lower mhs with gtx 1070. What are your settings for this?RX 470 = 19-20 mh

Try using Alexis miner. That seems to be pushing out the best hash rate for nvidias

I keep getting a synchronization failed message when I open my wallet. what do I need to do to get it to sync properly?

Most coins that do a 0 or 1 coin block reward for a certain amount of blocks are more vulnerable to getting DDOSed as soon as the chain switches over to the full block reward.
To combat that, the block reward for Bulwark starts at .01BWK/block and slowly ramps up to the full 50BWK/block over the first 960 blocks.
