I downloaded the last wallet, but it is not synchronized after the block 182700 . deleted blockchain, downloaded again - does not go further
You should add active nodes into your conf file and try re-installing, then re-syncing wallet again.Please remember backing up your wallet, and saving your backup file at different safely places for later usage, especially in the worst case.
There is no need to add nodes.
This would be a simple fix:
Wallet Syncing Issues
Make sure you have the newest Wallet version.Now close your wallet and head over to the Bulwark folder and delete everything except wallet.dat, masternode.conf and the backups folder.
How to find your Bulwark folder:
Windows: Press Windows+R and write %appdata%
macOS: Paste ~/Library/Application Support/Bulwark into Spotlight and press Enter.
Linux: Open ~/.bulwark/

It depends on quite a few variables so it'd be difficult to determine exactly what "daily reward" would equal.
As far as PoS pools are concerned, I don't believe I've seen any pop up yet.

I got no stacking rewards in the last 2 days, when normally i would get 1, or2/day, anyone else got this problem also? can it be related to the wallet update?
I saw that starting from block 200k, the shares will be 65-35 in favor of masternodes, what are the percentages now?

Percentages now are based on seesaw so it varies. The wallet update wouldn't have affected that at all unless you've set your stake split threshold too low to receive rewards in the time frame you're expecting or if you're not unlocking your wallet for staking.

Important Announcement!
This is a mandatory update to Bulwark v1.3.1 that will be removing the SeeSaw system while adding some UI fixes, improvements, and security upgrades.
While the system does work, "Good Enough" does not meet our standards as there are certain stability issues that are preventing the network from running as stable as we'd like it to.
We will instead be adopting a fixed reward system in which Masternodes receive 65% of the Block Reward and PoS receives 35%. This changeover will take place on block 200,000.
Please be sure to update your wallets and masternodes accordingly. We will allow 5-6 days for the majority of the network to update before activating the spork that will enforce this new version.
The new update is available at https://github.com/bulwark-crypto/Bulwark/releases

Close wallet, download new binaries from our github, open wallet with new binaries.

Just want to disclose I had to put in a support ticket for deposit stuck at 19/20 on cryptopia but it was pushed through a couple hours after i submitted the support ticket, good for cryptopia being fast with their tickets now.
Think we are at a solid floor around 9500-11k sats, hopefully will stay sideways (or up of course) from here.

Did you update to v1.3? If not, then that's why and you'll have to update.

masternode start first time and i earn 4 transactions but finally wallet freeze.
Now i cant start this masternode again "missing":
masternode status -> "Masternode not found in the list of avalible masternodes. Current status: Not capable masternode: Could not connect to ...:52543 (code -1)
I use windows vps and other two coin masternodes works perfect on this vps
May i suggest using a Linux VPS and using our script? Our ability to troubleshoot issues on platforms we don't have official documentation for is kind of limited.
That said, unlocking the input shouldn't have any effect on the issues you're having. Also, just because it isn't 100% clear, did you update the node to the latest wallet?
