This is true without the support of this crew , coin2 would be lost!

Coin2 will survive where most coins have gone down.

RISE UP! Straight to the TOP!

COIN2 RULES!

As I said before in one of my posts that we should be highly thankful for such a dev like joel and other board members, of course.

I feel bad that I gave my critics at the time when those dumps happened at Mintpal. I have seen so much scam around that I just could not stand and started get overstressed. I have learned not to say anything on fire. It's better to take three deep breaths and watch for things being settled down. Stress-screaming in many cases are addressed to wrong people.

good advice, we all learn something new everyday!  Smiley

would be lost long time ago after the first attack.

But community and developers are not willing to let it go just like that Smiley

This is why I joined Coin2 world. As I see so many shitty altcoins around.. and I was always looking to support some altcoin which is developed with passion.

Coin2 is developed with passion and it is truly great!

I agree! Smiley

Bad thing happen for a good reason. Now whose doing what clearly reveal. This part should be on Coin2talk announcement area.

Before the MintPal attack, the Dev team was setting servers for the game and was assembling the code for the payment system.

A part of the source code will obviously need some updates to match the new coin.

The game development was slowed down by the recent events and we have 3 developers working on the new coin (Joel, Nelson and Kalisto).

KingArbinV is working on the game stages with Roslinp and Nikhil, an Indy 3D modellers who joined recently the team.
Thank you !

I just posted it on Coin2talk: http://coin2talk.com/index.php/ann/83-fps-game-update#312

I could add this:

Venmno is working on a secret project which could be bound to C2 games and Bittzy78 is looking for a new challenge after the Mintpal votes giveaway.

I'm trying to follow what's happen here and there, I'm looking for useful information to help the Dev team and I'm supporting users when I'm able to do it. Smiley

Recently I made a proposal to warrant Coin2 value in the future with a part of game income. It could event protect Coin2 value against USD devaluation or total collapse, but this is a secret too. Wink

Thanks to all members of the community for your confidence and for your support, because your encouragements are precious and are a real motivation for us. Smiley Smiley Smiley

Actually joel received much of the critics. I hope he hasn't lost enthusiasm!

I hope that also! He has done great job and the latest events has really not been his fault!

I was really surprised that exchanges are not staking their coins. I was absolutely sure that they would like to earn free coins with their customer coins.

This is a very serious problem to all PoS coins!
Of course it is not Joel's fault.
He is doing what he can to make this coin stay alive and all those problems in the past were killing other coins.

With out his head Dev support future of this coin wouldn't be as bright as it will be.

Shouldn't be there issued extra coins to cover holder stakes on Mintpal? New supply="current total supply" - "attackers app. 1,66mlj" + "Mintpal stated amount"

same question and still waiting..

maybe dev have already worked out a plan with exchanges
The new coin supply will be 65 millions and the interests will be probably lower.

Currently it is 61,134,000 (rounded) as the stake generated more than 1.1 million of coins since Coin2.0 launch.

Joel is the only person to negotiate with MintPal and we still have no information on this matter.

good to hear that. thanks.

any update of the FPS?

and i think the idea proposed by 42coin fever (recoup the lost by increase the trading fee) is reasonable and feasible.

thanks.

FPS is under development 24/7.

Every game need a time to create.
Soon new stages are going to be able to see in trailers.

You are going to be amazed of fruit of devs and designers labor.

Actually Mintpal could recoup from their damages by increase the fee to 3% for the 1st month, then gradually reduce to 2% on 2nd month, 1% on 3rd month... According to Coin2 vol as per Mintpal weekly average vol, should covered the costs plus more.

sounds quite reasonable. but i am just wondering if the fee revenue can actually cover the "lost" or not.

i am not good at the calculation.

but it certainly a good damage control.

anyway we have to get more updates from devs and exchanges.

maybe they are about to sort it out.

Also, Mintpal should increase # of confirmation of all incoming and withdrawing plus a alert call on certain amt of vol reach or irregular vol activities especially from same regional IP access.

Example, if users IPs activities acnormally increase origin from US at the same time frame,  Alert trigger 1, if IPs from same region at the same time frame, triggered alert 2, if IP address from same provider, triggered 3. ...and so on.

Just my opinion. Perhaps they're too lazy to bother other than focus solely how to generate more incomes.
