Still continue to vote....this is actually great news. I had a hunch that this is what was going on the whole time...I highly doubt there is a community as active and close as we are.

So I find solution with my @twiter account I use this DOGE bot
https://twitter.com/tipdoge I add boot to my contacts and type in the wall of boot command balance after this I delete this message from my wall and type again in the wall of bot after several times bot give me 100 doge and I withdraw this doge to my MintPal account and trade them for bitcoins (I trade just 15 doge with market order) so after this i have trade history and can vote.
never ill just give my vote there but sending btc to feed their greed it's a no no
