Hi Dev. Do you mind if I ask why you are changing from Scrypt-N to X11 and why this is better? Thanks
CataloniaCoin is a currency that can be minted by anyone, anywhere and anytime. After the IPO-Stage (ends today at 23:59:59) anyone can start mining the coin (Scrypt-N algorithm). After that, we're going to start working on the new algorithm change. We're going to implement X11 PoW+PoS hybrid algorithm to the coin.

In a PoS/PoW hybrid there is no way to predict or control whether or not the next block will be PoS or PoW and therefore you cannot guarantee you will be in control of a long stream of blocks unless you have 51% of the PoW and PoS power, ensured every time with the mining-process. If you don't know the next block verification, this is a security plus
