Which nodes are you using? none of the published nodes work.

EDIT: That's a very, very old SSL version, lots of bugs in it.

Actual wallet aspect:

C-cex sent the nodes to the dev, he's not online and if he doesn't post them in 20 minutes, we should all just leave.

This is tough enough when it works.........and this one doesn't.  Sorry, gonna go mine a real coin.

I don't know… on Mac I have my wallet syncing, everything is ok and 5 nodes are active…
Maybe there are problems with windows…

Let's see if anyone starts to mine and can open a new node

none with win 7/64 have a syncing wallet 

Have you created the cataloniacoin.conf file?
Try closing your wallet. copy this to your cataloniacoin.conf file:

And reset the wallet 
As you can see, wallets are syncing for two users minimum. Network is on

Be patient and wait the connection or run your own node

EDIT: Dev, better get this fixed and relaunch.
Without a properly setup node we'll get a fork-a-ton here
