not directly, ceal is decentralized and based on p2p. Facebook is censored and centralized. But both provide communication and information medium channels. Ceal has elements of social networks but is going be free, open-source and uncensored.

Looks like another great and very promising ICO here. specially it have escrow mean the devs are serious about this.
using escrow is the number one question of any investor.. and the ICO bonus for early investor is the number 2. and you guys have both..
