Some windows version need winrar to open the archive file.
and there is some known minor ui issues, coinano had.
I am not aware of any other issues at the moment.
Mine is working fine on my Windows 7 machine.
What exactly is the problem you are seeing?

If it's the same prob I had, it's just a format thing and you're using Windows' native unzip function - try to open it with 7zip or winrar and see if it works
