Looks like we forked.  Hopefully it will fix itself but if you not on the same block as the V1 Block Explorer( http://www.crypto2.net/cga/blocks.php?chain=1 ) please resync with the following in your .conf

connect=192.99.37.224
connect=107.170.166.51

Once your synce change the "connect=" to "addnode="

What time the tradein will happen today?
So it has just come to my attention, can't believe I didn't realize this, that we need about 100 blocks mined to mature the premine before we can send it to polo for the swap.
So here's what were going to do:

12:00 Eastern we will release the new wallet so pools can start installing and people can start mining.  Once the coins mature we will start the swap process with polo.  Just keep your coins on Polo, they are safe.

Sorry about the short notice but like I said... I brain farted and didn't even think about that...

Spray and Pray
I just resynced after several weeks off the CGA train. I have 310,958 blocks, whereas the v1 explorer shows 310,291 blocks, does that mean I'm on the wrong chain? Just added the nodes in the previous post. If this is wrong, how do I get on the right chain? Or can I send to Poloniex anyway?

UPDATE: I'm not the only one on this chain, block count keeps increasing...

Actually I'd love information on the game development and how to get involved, if possible! I've got some game dev history, on a hobbyist level I mean nothing in the industry. But I'd love to contribute if it's an open project.
That's very cool of you.  I haven't personally been talking with them but I'll see if I can get more info for you.

I hate newbie accounts and the 360 sec between posts thing!!!

Thanks for the updates dev, appreciate.

Buy depth is building up quickly.

Yup... looks like it might be a good weekend

What are the plans for the coin after the swap occurs? Anything new on the horizon? Is that game still in development?
Mainly the game...  We've talked to some devs and its going to be bigger then originally planned.

Is there anything else you guys would like to see us do with CGA.  Always open to suggestions

Yes, you could do a new twitter account about CGA 2 and share about the projects (Swap etc) there
The old twitter account is still active.  I should prob grab the pw from s4w3d0ff since he's not able to be as active these days.  You can also follow @diemcoin.  I make relevant announcements there aswell.

Allcoin has decided to delist us instead of deal with the tradein so please get any coins you have there out ASAP and move them to Polo.

I still haven't heard from Swisscex.  I'm gonna try and contact them again.

cool, well on a side note, when i try to send a transaction it says its too large? Is there a fix?

----edit---
my tx fee is set at .000001
-----end edit----

alrighty well after some tinkering.. for those in the same boat...
if your wallet is locked (as it should be) use

walletpassphrase

Great tip.  Thanks

I heard someone say something like that on another coin not too long ago and the problem was their wallet was full of "dust" from mining on P2Pool nodes.  Basically a whole bunch of super small bits of coin and they had to up the transaction fee because of the difficulty of getting all the dust to go one place.  First try lowering the amount, like try 50 for instance,  then if it still gives you the error try raising the tx fee you pay.

Setting > Options > the first page that comes up has the TX fee you pay.  Play around with that and let us know.

Its been a while since i was sync'd with network. Im 31 weeks behind now... after downloding new client and wiping old block chain.. but its not syncing.. how can I send if its not sync'd?

You put in the addnodes?

addnode=192.99.37.224
addnode=107.170.166.51

yes added to the conf file.

And no connections?

nope - top says need to update still 31 weeks behind

Im gonna wipe chain again bkup wallet and reboot to see if that fixes it...

Good to see you brother, try deleting your peers.dat file (along with the blockchain) and set the addnodes to "connect=" in your config. Download the entire chain from those 2 nodes then change the connect= back to addnode= it should do the trick.

its been a while... so connected to only 2 nodes ver 70007,  when I reset connect to add nodes im getting connected to 70006's isnt that the wrong chain client?
