First 10k blocks blockreward is 512 coins.Then halving every 10k blocks.

Blockrewardstructure:
Halves every 10K blocks
REWARD AMOUNT PER 10K BLOCKS
512 - 5.120.000 CHIP
256 - 2.560.000 CHIP
128 - 1.280.000 CHIP
64 - 640.000 CHIP
32 - 320.000 CHIP
16 - 160.000 CHIP
8 - 80.000 CHIP
4 - 40.000 CHIP
2 - 20.000 CHIP
1 - 10.000 CHIP
etc.
We are not sure yet if we will keep the blockreward on 1, or do a transition to POS when the time comes. I hope this clears up your confusion
