There's definitely no point in mining SHA with GPU you'll spend more on power then you'll earn in crypto. GPU's are only good for mining Scrypt at the moment as far as I know.

Use the same parameters as for scrypt, except "--scrypt". Then use the urls (hey are right, because cgminer won't say there are new blocks), this should work.

maybe post an example scrypt url and an example asic url you are using.

0 i think. i did try it with cgminer 3.7.2 which i use for scrypt and the gpu kicked in at over 400khash/s but still no accepted shares, absolutely nothing.

used this command. cgminer -o stratum+tcp://mpos.cke.anomalypool.com:3154 -u xxx.xxx -p xxx

Does it matter if it is block 4000 or 40 if the Coins premined are only 0.04%?
