I'm a Mac user and I don't have easy access to a Linux or Windows machine right now. What options do I have to dig up my CLAMS?

Hi
Can someone help me please.
How do I claim CLAM from my blockchain wallet?

Thanks

Yes, this guide will help. You can export your keys from Blockchain.info and then import them into the CLAMclient: http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/17318/migrate-from-blockchain-info-to-bitcoin-qt
As always it is recommended that you remove any BTC from that account before claiming your CLAMs.

If you would like more help then stop into the CLAMs IRC channel at: http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=clams

. Can you also address the issue with Chrome flagging the client download?

go under setting/privacy
then remove the flag from "activate phishing and malware protection"
I'd rather not.. Download needs to be fixed, not my settings.

I just activated these features on my chome to see, and chrome never flagged the download.  I'm unclear how it could?
Does it actually extract the zip file? How does it know?  I'm not expert in malware detection but I'm uber confused as to why its being flagged.

Google has some weird ideas of what constitutes fishing and malware. It doesn't like some cgminer distributions either. I prefer to trust my own tools over a browser "enhancement" but I understand what you're saying Wink

Best bet is to go to github and compile the wallet yourself. That way you know exactly what you're getting.

U need to export that wallet as a backup file and import it into clam wallet to check if there are any clams or u need to export it as paper wallet and check every private key individually .

U can first check addresses , so u make sure its worth bothering Smiley .

If you give out your priv key, you should consider that address as compromised and never use it again!!!!!!!!!!

Move all your coins off first prior to claiming CLAM!

/dig gets them without trusting any download via www.Just-dice.com
If I go through all this, will any coins sent to the old addresses after the fact be compromisable?

When you give JD your private key using the /dig command, it will use the private key to create and sign a raw transaction that moves your 4.6 CLAMs to your JD deposit address, and then will throw the private key away. I don't log it anywhere.

I can't prove that. I could be lying, and building up a big collection of BTC private keys, planning to rob them all later on.

So for your safety I recommend that you only send private keys to JD (or any other site) once you are sure they are "retired" from use.

They're your private keys. Once you share them with anyone you can no longer be sure that they are private.

Chrome won't let me open the zip file for the software. Kinda shady.. I've looked and I have several addresses that have been sent clams, but the problem with Chrome thinking the zip file is shady, the low price of clam, and the inconvenience of obtaining the privatekey and moving funds around doesn't make this a worthwhile endeavor for me.

.014 BTC each valid address according to www.claams.com... your time must be worth a lot Smiley

The last update accidentally removed this in some code merge's. It would currently have to be converted back to the original hex key, then the proper Clams prefix applied to it before it could be imported.

I'm working on pushing out the new release today, its top on my priority list.  Theres been a bunch of new useful changes I really want to get out there.

This has been added back in also, so it will allow importing doge/ltc or btc keys directly.

Thank you! Best solution is the official solution, so I'll wait.

Is there a way to import the (DOGE) private keys?

The console's importprivkey gave me

Code:
Invalid private key (code -5)

Thanks
