Im the very decease you pretend to be
Still dumping? When the price is going up?
After second fork?
What do you think will be the time when CLAM returns to 8? Or it was overpriced already then?

Can someone help me out with some information i'm trying to gather?

What was the Bitcoin block height that CLAM forked from back on May 12 2014? I can't find it anywhere. My best guess is that it was around block 300,380.

Does anybody know the block CLAM originally forked from?

Clam didnt fork from Bitcoin. It forked from Blackcoin in may 2014

Sorry let me rephrase. This is the information I've seen: "Clams were initially distributed to 3,208,032 BTC, LTC and DOGE addresses based on the 12 May 2014 snapshots of the three respective blockchains."

At what Bitcoin block height was this 2014 distribution to BTC holders based on?

BTC block 300377 (2014-05-12 12:48:17)
LTC block 565693 (2014-05-12 13:06:31)
DOGE block 218556 (2014-05-12 13:09:17)

Whats going on?

Seems like regular maintenance, nothing to worry about.
More like polo just being polo, always goes maintenance in crucial time.

Need node list, takes days to update blockchain, last 5-6 weeks...

See the msg I posted above a couple of hours ago. This is a known and ongoing problem with the CLAM client. Adding nodes won't help. Sad

Your best bet is the bootstrap: https://s3.amazonaws.com/dooglus/bootstrap.dat

That will give you a head start, but the client will still have to catch up with any new blocks.

Fork happened. I see bump in price. I thought it will be more active.
Besides how do i see statistics on players in just-dice.
I like the idea of investing in "gambling" , solid investment.
Is there any intention to create more sites that will use CLAM as coin for gaming?

lots of this sort of thing in the logs
peer 72.80.55.214:50145: leap backwards in height request, from max 1738831 to current 280001. penalty=6/100

perhaps we have misbehaving nodes messing things up a bit?

I'd say that's a side effect of the out-of-control way that CLAM syncs. This has been a problem for some time and manifests itself as a sync stalling. You need to keep stopping and restarting the client to kick it back into action. The code which emits that error doesn't really fix the problem, it just bans clients that go a little too wild. Unfortunately it's normal.

Any network problems?

Presstabs not working and polo deposits are not showing.

Don't think so!
Bittrex and my local wallet work as usual
Was going to send to trex too..

something odd going on with presstab.pw ..

www.khashier.com/chain/Clam shows transaction on chain.
